Game mechanics feel utterly robotic, only thing different to FIFA 18 is the new Alex Hunter chapter and every single chapter aggressively pushes you to play ultimate team. FUT is worse than ever with the over saturation of different special cards added with a pathetic re-skin of divisions where the aim is now to grind multiple hours a day to earn rewards compared to just having fun gameplay coupled with proggression. FIFA 19 forces you to spend hours playing to boost your score (squad battles) to earn better quality rewards but then wipes progress made and the next week you do the same thing but with rewards you previously earnt. All while this repetitive circle takes place, FIFA offers SBCs where you can trade in some of the players you worked so hard to earn for Special Cards which you cant sell later down the line because they are made untradeable. These special cards are put there to entice you too trade away in game currency so you go broke and have to put real money towards it.
